Class Descriptions

A 45 minute gymnastics class for toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years, which enables them to experience a variety of physical activities designed to enhance and develop gross motor skills, coordination, social interaction. This cooperative play along with the guidance of their parents and instructor in a structured environment, will help children learn to concentrate and focus their minds.
Preschool Gymnastics
A 45 minute preschool gymnastics class for boys and girls ages 3-5years, where children explore through, naming, comparing, and sequencing. Here motor, social and readiness skills are integrated to help prepare children for kindergarten. Children benefit from enhanced creativity and self-expression through the use of problem solving and guided discovery.
Advanced Preschool Gymnastics – Hot Shots
A 1.5 hour gymnastics lesson for boys and girls grouped by gender and ability. Coach's recommendation or evaluation is required along with a positive attitude and willingness to work on all of the apparatus. Children gain a better understanding of body awareness and learn to focus their minds on more advanced gymnastics skills.
Preschool Martial Arts Fitness and Tumbling
The program provides students ages 3-5 with the fundamentals of fitness, as well as an introduction to the martial arts. The first half hour will have students learning the basic martial arts stances, kicks and blocks. When learning self-defense, students will increase their self-confidence. The last half hour will focus on floor basic tumbling skills such as forward rolls, backwards rolls and cartwheels.
Beginner Gymnastics
One hour beginner classes for boys and girls ages 6 and up, separated by age and gender. Progressional gymnastics skills, social skills, cooperation, and gym safety are emphasized, using all of the gymnastics equipment. This includes the bars, beam, floor, vault, rings, parallel bars, trampoline, ropes and so much more. Children practice flexibility, balance, rhythm, strength, agility and speed while building confidence and self-esteem.

A 1.5 hour gymnastics lesson for boys and girls grouped by gender and ability. Adult Zumba
When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.
